TotalEnergies Club frequently asked questions (FAQ’S)

1. How do I sign up?

You can sign up either by digital channels (getting the mobile app, or USSD), registering a magnetic strip loyalty card via the TotalEnergies Club loyalty website at club.totalenergies.co.za . You can download the mobile app on Google, Apple, and Huawei app stores

2. How do I earn TotalEnergies Club loyalty points?

You can earn points by scanning a QR code with the TotalEnergies Club mobile app when purchasing fuel or convenience items at any participating TotalEnergies service station.

You have the option of earning points by swiping a TotalEnergies Club loyalty card at time of purchase

You can also earn points by simply providing their mobile phone number to the cashier or attendant when purchasing fuel or convenience items at participating TotalEnergies site

3. How many points do I earn for each transaction?

Earn 15 points for each litre of fuel purchased

Earn loyalty points to the value of 2.5% on selected convenience store items

4. How can I view my points balance?

You have multiple ways of viewing your TotalEnergies Club loyalty points balance.

Earned loyalty points can be viewed in the TotalEnergies Club mobile app

Visit the TotalEnergies Club loyalty website at club.totalenergies.co.za

Access TotalEnergies Club USSD app by dialing *120*2683#

5. How do I redeem my points?

Members can earn points for purchases on fuel at TotalEnergies services stations and for buying select convenience items sold in the Café Bonjour branded convenience stores. On the app, loyalty members can select “Spend Points” from the mobile app menu to generate a voucher. The voucher amount will reflect the maximum amount the member qualifies for based on the points earned. The amount that a member wants to use can be lowered on the app.

If a member is using the USSD code, dial *120*2683# and follow the prompts to generate a voucher from the available balance. The member will be asked to confirm the voucher amount, and the voucher will be issued via SMS. For redeeming vouchers via the loyalty website, members can log onto the site on club.totalenergies.co.za and select the “Spend Points” bar from the loyalty menu and follow the prompts.

6. How many points equal how many Rand?

100 points equal R1.00

7. Can my points expire if unredeemed?

Loyalty points will expire if unused for a period of time. Please check the Terms and Conditions for more info.

8. What products can't I buy with the vouchers?

You can buy fuel and most convenience store products.

9. What is the TotalEnergies Club Contact Centre number which I can use to get assistance?

10. How do I update my details?

Select the “My Profile” option in the TotalEnergies Club mobile app or access your profile at the TotalEnergies Club website at club.totalenergies.co.za

12. How do I cancel my subscription?

13. Can I reverse voucher payments?

Once a voucher has been used, the normal store refund process will apply
